Background: In the year 2040, global climate has nearly reached a state of chaos due to human activities. In response, world organizations, left with no alternative, decide to initiate geoengineering experiments. Each country selects a leading organization to improve its region, with a plan to evaluate and select a global leader based on climate improvement by 2050.

In 2040, scientists and armed forces suddenly arrive in the player's town. All media devices in the town receive news of the World Engineering Project, set to rapidly address climate issues. Initially, the town's residents are immersed in a celebratory atmosphere. However, their optimism fades when acid rain begins to fall one day, destroying all crops in the town. The scientists and armed forces then enforce strict carbon emission limits on each resident, with severe penalties for violations.

Three years pass, and the player discovers that the town's climate has not improved. Instead, the skies have turned white from increasing acid rain, devastating all crops. Government policies, including land seizures and emission restrictions, prevent residents from obtaining essential supplies, forcing them to rely on external aid.

Baffled by these developments, the player discusses with friends at a local tavern. They share the belief that neither the government nor the town's organizations effectively govern the climate. Together, they form a covert resistance organization.

Gameplay: Stealth, strategy, and logical analysis. Players must sneak into various areas such as climate stations, government offices, and factories to gather evidence of corruption and the true state of the climate. Upon accumulating sufficient evidence, players can choose to expose it to the police, world organizations, or even accept invitations to positions within the town government. Different choices lead to different outcomes.
